Healthy Way of Life

It`s very important to lead a healthy life if you want to be successful in the future.  Your health depends on your way of life.  So, if you want to be strong you should eat healthy food, do sports or take regular exercise to keep fit.

As  we live in a big city, we have got all modern conveniences that can help us  be healthy. To start with, we have got hot and cold running water, so it`s a good idea to take a cold shower every morning. After that we can go jogging in the park or do morning exercises. What is more, walking is good for our health as we breathe in a lot of oxygen. I`m sure that different kinds of physical activity are very good for our health. For example, doing sport is for energetic people. There are a lot of winter and summer sports to choose from. However, if you like a quiet life you can work in the garden to keep fit.  I believe that any outdoor activity brings only benefits.

Also, food has a great influence on our health. Regular eating is very important. Dairy products such as milk, butter, cheese, sour cream make our bones and teeth strong. Fruit and fruit juices contain a lot of vitamins. We need meat and cereals to grow as well because they give us energy. Sweets and chocolate are good for our brain. However, we should remember that too many sweets are bad for us, especially for our teeth. The wrong food can make us ill. We are lucky to live in a modern society because we have good doctors and clinics.  If we fall ill the doctor will prescribe us some medicines and cure us.

  To sum up, our life depends on us. So, we should take care of our health to live longer and   be strong and happy.
