7 Form Eating Habits
It is very important to
be fit and healthy, and it is necessary to take care of your health. To be
healthy we should avoid different bad habits that can affect our health. All people
have different eating habits .There are people who like eating junk food and never count calories during their
meal. They eat fatty food and don’t realize that unhealthy eating can cause
real problems.
People nowadays are more
health-conscious than they used to be. The fashion for healthy food is growing all the time. They understand
that good health is above wealth and try
to eat low- fat or low- calorie foods, including steamed vegetables, rice, fruit
and drink freshly squeezed juices.
So, If you want to keep
fit and be strong, there are some tips to follow. Firstly it’s a good idea to
drink not less than four glasses of water per day. It will keep your body
healthy and keep your skin healthy. Though, don’t drink too much tea and
coffee, especially before bedtime. They contain caffeine and will keep you
awake all night.
Secondly, I would
recommend you to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables as they contain a lot of
vitamins and are good for your stomach ( digestion).
Moreover, too many sweets ,chocolates and biscuits are bad for your health, especially for your
teeth. However, small quantities of chocolate are good for your brain.
Also, it’s not advisable
to eat junk food such as hamburgers and crisps as they contain a lot of fat and
are bad for your health.
